Terms of use
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply to the website at datacollide.com and to the DataCollide app at app.datacollide.com (together, “the service”). By using the service you agree to them. “We” and “us” mean DataCollide, based in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
What we provide
DataCollide builds rule-based trading bots. A bot analyses a market and gives you a trade idea with an entry, a stop loss, a target and guidance on managing the position. The service provides information only. It is not financial advice, we do not manage money, and we never place trades on your behalf.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade the relevant products where you live.
Licence keys
Access to the app requires a licence key.
- A licence is personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- A licence works on one device at a time. Activating it on a new device signs out the previous one.
- A licence lasts for the period agreed when it is issued.
- We may suspend or cancel a licence that is shared, resold or used to abuse the service.
Your responsibilities
You decide whether to take a trade, how much to risk and when to close it. You are responsible for placing your own trades, for checking every signal before you act on it, and for following the laws of your country and your broker’s terms. Please read our risk disclosure before you trade.
No guarantees
The service is provided “as is”. Signals can be wrong, delayed or unavailable, and market data from third parties can contain errors. We do not promise any trading result, profit or level of performance.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Where we are found responsible, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the twelve months before the claim.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or redistribute our signals, attempt to access the service by automated means, interfere with its security, or try to reverse engineer the bots.
Our content
The website, the bots, their output and the DataCollide name and logo belong to us. You may use them only as part of your own use of the service.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. When we change the terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
